Online access to the Journal of Planning Education and Research

Sunday, 13 November 2011

Free access to the Journal of Planning Education and Research (JPER) is available to institutions in developing countries.

JPER’s publisher, SAGE, gives free access to institutions in the developing world through HINARI, part of the Research4Life programme. 200 countries are eligible to receive free access based on annual GDP per capita statistics, though currently only 108 have registered with HINARI to give access to their schools.

You can find more information on HINARI here or on Research4Life, the umbrella programme, here. For institutions in these countries to gain access to SAGE journals, they can visit the HINARI homepage and follow the instructions under the “How to Join?” heading.

More information on this journal is available here.
