Time marches on. The event of the year approaches… it may surprise you that it is not the 2010 Football World Cup. The second workshop of the AAPS case study research and publication project will be held in Johannesburg from 28 April to 1 May 2010. This follows the success of the pilot workshop held in Dar es Salaam in early February 2010 (more information on that event is available here).
The Johannesburg workshop will be facilitated by the indefatigable Dr Fred Lerise (GTZ/Ardhi University) and Prof Jorgen Andreassen (Institute of Town and Landscape Planning, Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts).
Participants are expected from many different national contexts, which promises to enhance the breadth of perspective, experience and hence learning potential of the workshop.
Those attending can expect an interactive learning experience and ultimately a greater understanding of case research methodology and practice. Outcomes of the workshop proceedings will be posted on the AAPS website in due course.
