AAPS hosted a panel discussion on African planning education at the South African Planning Institute (SAPI) ‘Planning Africa’ conference, held at the Durban International Convention Centre, South Africa, from 12 to 15 September 2010.
The discussion sought to address issues relating to the general relevance of contemporary planning education, the core competencies and sensibilities required of planners, as well as their implications for future educational reform.
