The journal Urban Forum has released its September 2011 edition as a special issue dedicated to the topic of ‘Changing planning law in Africa’.
The issue was guest edited by AAPS Chair Prof Vanessa Watson (University of Cape Town). It also features several articles written by Stephen Berrisford, who has previously developed an AAPS course outline for planning law in Africa. Other contributors include Patrick MacAuslan, Stuart Wilson and Edesio Fernandes.
