The School of Architecture, Planning and Geomatics at the University of Cape Town (South Africa) is seeking to appoint a convenor for the urban design programme, known as the Master of City Planning and Urban Design (MCPUD).
Applicants must hold a master’s degree in urban design. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. A PhD in a related field will be favourably considered. Teaching experience in urban design is required. A demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals and to initiate and conduct research will be favourably considered.
