To celebrate the start of the new year, AAPS is pleased to announce its new steering committee, which took office at the beginning of 2017.
Elections for the new AAPS steering committee were held in November and December 2016.
The committee, to serve until the end of 2018, will be comprised of the following members:
- Chair: Assoc Prof Daniel Inkoom (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana)
- Co-Chair: Prof Peter Ngau (University of Nairobi, Kenya)
- Incoming Chair: Assoc Prof Nancy Odendaal (University of Cape Town, South Africa)
- Prof Branko Cavric (University of Botswana)
- Dr Lawrence Esho (Technical University of Kenya)
- Dr Wilma Nchito (University of Zambia)
- Mr George Onatu (University of Johannesburg, South Africa)
As the committee’s Incoming Chair, Assoc Prof Nancy Odendaal will take over as Chair at the start of 2019.
