Sudanese and Ghanaian schools join AAPS

AAPS takes pleasure in welcoming two new planning schools to the network.

The Department of Urban Planning at the University of Khartoum (Sudan) offers an MSc in Physical Planning for which 24 students are currently registered.

The programme is headed by AProf Salah M. Osman, who can be contacted at smosman57@yahoo.com.

The Faculty of Planning and Land Management at the University for Development Studies (Ghana) offers MPhil and MSc programmes in Development Management. The Faculty currently hosts over fifty postgraduate students. The Head of Department Dr Francis M.L. Bacho may be contacted at franciszl@yahoo.com.

The AAPS membership and administration looks forward to meeting students and staff from each institution, and hopes that they will be able to participate in the upcoming AAPS conferences.
